Coffee Changes Your State of Mind

Research has shown that the simple cup of java that you sip every morning can make you more open minded and effected by persuasion. The study is backing its findings by saying that caffeine will rev your brain to cause these results. Caffeine has been known to improve attention and focus, targeting about two cups of coffee per day. The study also showed that normal to moderate amounts of coffee and caffeine will make you quicker to be convinced in arguments that oppose your beliefs.

The question that is at hand is if this sudden burst of cooperation is also related to the pep you receive in your step from the better mood that coffee is clinically proven to put you in? When another study was conducted, it showed that one test group of coffee drinkers was more likely to change their point of view than their opposing group that had no caffeine. These results are said to be evidence that coffee gives you a better mental function and not just a happier mood. The reason that these subjects were more likely to be persuaded is because their coffee made them more concentrated and able to perceive the opposing argument. To put in simpler terms for all of the concerned coffee drinkers out there: you just may want to decide how persuaded and open-minded you would like to be before a big meeting or important decision!

Coffee has been proven over time to have enormous mental and physical benefits, so now one of the latest is that you can thank your daily java for helping you to be more relaxed and understanding. Coffee may cause you to be more revved mentally, but that will also put you in a more comprehensive state of thought so that you can process information and regurgitate it for yourself, even if it means changing your mind. The fact that coffee has been proven to make you less rigid and narrow minded is not necessarily a bad thing, is it? If you are looking to face your daily tasks with optimal fairness and non-partisan brain function, then using the caffeine in your daily brew will be what you are looking for to help you make impartial and unbiased decisions. Coffee has been significantly tested to boost your mood and give you the feel good effects of dopamine to make you smile, and now we can know that it will also bring you a state of open-mindedness.

What this can mean to you, is that not only can you love your daily brew, but you can love the enhancements that it gives to your daily life and interactions. Also, if you are looking for a special favor from a friend or family member, then you may want to sit them down and talk it over a nice cup of joe so that they can be open to hear what you have to say. A delicious drink that also can give us the power of persuasion? I can drink to that!
