When you use the myStarbucks application, you can find the store nearest you by entering your location or using the built-in GPS in your iPhone. You can also search for local Starbucks stores based on specifications, like their hours, menu, or drive-thru availability. You can add a specific store to your Starbucks Favorites List, and you also are able to call the store directly through the application on your iPhone. You can even invite people within your iPhone address book to join you for a cappuccino at any time.
One of the best features of these applications is that you can create your own drinks, and you can save them to your iPhone. You can view the order on your iPhone, and you can also show it to a barista at Starbucks when you are ordering to make your selection clear. You can configure a hot or cold drink to your liking, and make your life easy because you can save it to your iPhone to remember what your preferred drink is whenever you order.
The only drawback to these Starbucks iPhone apps is that the payment tool through the iPhone is only available in select locations. Hopefully, Starbucks will continue to advance all of the capabilities of this app so that people everywhere can pay for their coffee drinks via their iPhone.
